Agrimax is a digital scale that measures the weight of beehives and allows users to monitor beehive health and track the honey yield.
Technology
As of July 2025, the available digital scale is the third-generation device. Sensors update beekeepers with real-time data on atmospheric conditions in the apiary while motion detectors can protect the hives and apiary from theft. Data from the AgriMax beehive scale can be accessed locally via Bluetooth, remotely by SMS messages, or online through its internet data service. Scales also uses GPS modules, processors, storage memory cards, and other electronics to continuously sustain and improve the digital scale.

The digital scale is suitable for smallholder farmers as well as bee farms operating in medium to large sizes.
