Aragil integrates technologies like drones and satellite data to transform farming practices. Leveraging GIS, GPS, and advanced analytics, the initiative addresses challenges in agriculture, providing solutions for efficient land use, crop health monitoring, and yield forecasting. Particularly, Aragil uses aerial photography by drones in both visible and thermal environments to get up-to-date information whenever it is necessary, to draw electronic maps of the fields, as well as 3D models, carry out monitoring of lands, crops, harvest and irrigation systems, calculate the vegetation index, forecast the crop yield, find erosive, dry or wet soils, control the quality of work during harvest gathering.

GIS technology is applied for electronic mapping, allowing the creation of accurate spatial representations of fields. GPS ensures precise field coordinates. The integration of European Sentinel 2A Satellite data enables the calculation of the NDVI vegetation index, providing insights into crop health and growth patterns.

Business model

After registration, the user receives test access to the account. Duration of test access is 21 days. Use of the platform is Rubbles 100 per year per hectare of cultivated area, excluding VAT. The cost of implementation and integration with the current IT infrastructure of the enterprise depends on the scope of work.
