EIT Food Learning Services is an online education platform designed to provide training programmes and courses focused on innovation in agriculture, food systems and sustainability. The platform offers digital courses on topics such as sustainable agriculture, food entrepreneurship, food safety, climate-smart farming and digital transformation in the agri-food sector. Learners can access professional training modules developed in collaboration with universities, researchers and industry partners. The courses are also organized through various learning formats such a summer and winter schools, professional workshop, remote, and on-site or blended learning, among others. Additionally, online learners can choose topics based on their learning level and needs.

The learning environment operates as a web-based digital education platform that delivers structured courses through multimedia materials, recorded lectures and interactive learning modules. Participants can access course content online, follow lessons at their own pace and complete training programmes through the platform’s learning management system. Educational resources combine scientific knowledge, industry expertise and case studies demonstrating innovation in agriculture and food systems. The platform also offers users to have their food sector skill level assessed, assisting them on identifying the suitable course and knowledge profile they need.
