SVV v.1.3 is Kosovo’s vineyard cadastre and wine-quality control information system. The platform maintains a georeferenced register of vineyard parcels for varieties and owners and supports regulatory workflows, including vintage declarations and requests to place wines on the market, including internal market, export and import. The system also supports administrative controls and quality assurance through laboratory sample analysis and organoleptic evaluation.

SVV v.1.3 is implemented as a GIS-enabled application. The system was developed by Geo & Land and integrates digital vineyard maps and a vineyard database. Spatial data are maintained in a GeoServer/PostGIS environment and integrated into the KaVeKo application, alongside modules for vintage declarations, market-placement requests, administrative checks, laboratory analysis records and organoleptic assessment.
