Mapping affordable and transferrable climate-smart technologies for smallholder farmers

The publication assesses climate-smart technologies across six thematic areas: post-harvest technologies to reduce food loss and waste; water management and water-saving technologies; sustainable pest control and crop management solutions; e-commerce and digital market access tools; financial technologies supporting access to credit and services; and renewable energy technologies for agricultural and agribusiness use.

The results aim to provide an evidence base to support informed decision-making, prioritization and future investment in technologies that can enhance resilience, reduce losses, improve productivity, and strengthen agrifood value chains.
