STIPS is a web-based market information service system providing weekly and monthly local prices for fruits, vegetables, livestock, grains, inputs and selected dairy categories across Serbian markets to support transparent trading, farm planning and food security decisions.

Data collection relies on a national network of market reporting centers staffed by trained reporters, supporting the regular publication of price bulletins and analytical reports.
