Mon bagage numérique

Toolbox supporting the digitalization of rural tourism in Wallonia

Description

Mon bagage numérique is a website containing a vast toolbox supporting the digitalization of rural tourism in Wallonia. The website is organised in three sections: a diagnostic self-assessment tool to measure the level of digital maturity of an actor in the tourism market; a catalogue containing more than 200 options for the enhancement of digital skills (capacity building webinars, awareness-raising events, mentoring and training); and digital vouchers made available by the regional authorities in support of private initiatives (audits of digital tools; mentoring in the diagnostic analysis of digital maturity; personalized mentoring programmes; software and hardware purchases). Users can access a large number of audio-visual materials in French that can aid in the assessment and development of digital skills aimed at adapting tourism offers to meet digital demands.
