MontEDIH is a digital innovation platform that supports SMEs, small midcaps, and public sector organisations in Montenegro and the European Union in adopting digital and green technologies. The hub offers consulting technology, transfer testing, and demonstration services, pre-investment assessments, and tailored advisory support to facilitate digital transformation and sustainable development.

MontEDIH leverages advanced infrastructure and partner expertise to provide access to artificial intelligence tools, blockchain-distributed ledger systems, Internet of things platforms, high performance computing cloud services and cyber physical systems. The hub enables testing and demonstration of digital solutions as well as knowledge transfer and capacity-building for organisations seeking technology integration.

MontEDIH serves small and medium enterprises, public sector organisations, research institutions, and organisations from agriculture, energy, environment, manufacturing, retail, tourism and other sectors in Montenegro seeking digital transformation. The hub also supports cooperatives and rural communities interested in modernising their operations and improving resource efficiency.

MontEDIH operates as a publicly funded hub, primarily financed through grants from the European Commission Digital Europe Programme and national ministries with co financing from partner institutions. According to the official MontEDIH service pages, individual services carry defined market prices ranging from EUR 150 for awareness‑raising training, EUR 450 for advanced technology education, EUR 630 for EU‑funding advisory workshops, and EUR 610 for partner‑search support, up to EUR 5 000– 8 000 for technology analysis, optimization, strategic assessment, and real‑conditions testing.
