Agmeteo is an online agro-meteorological app available in the Republic of Moldova. Data, collected from on-site sensors are delivered to the Agrobiznes Meteo app continuously thanks to the Agrobiznes partnership with iMetos, ensuring that farmers are kept up-to-date with evolving weather information.
Technology
The Agrobiznes Meteo application makes use of data provided by dozens of weather stations located throughout the country, providing producers with real-time information on soil and air temperatures, soil moisture, precipitation levels, and pest and disease risks. Farmers are thus kept informed of the status of their agricultural fields, supporting their decisions on when interventions or treatments are necessary.

Small-medium and large size farmers can use the agrometeorological app to receive precise longitudinal and up-to-date data about weather conditions.

The Agrobiznes Meteo app, developed by Agrobiznes and iMetos in partnership with maib (a leading bank in the Republic of Moldova), offers its online app free of charge, allowing anyone to access it without user registration.
