Digital Belarus 2026-2030 is a national government programme approved by the Council of Ministers on 30 December 2025 (No. 793), effective from 1 January 2026, that aims to form a domestic ecosystem of digital solutions for population, business, and state based on modern data management. Comprises three subprogrammes: Data Economy (AI solutions, state data quality), Digital State (zero-bureaucracy, State in pocket services), Digital Sovereignty (import-independent software). The policy includes 21 measures, including in agricultural domain. The policy succeeds Digital Development 2021-2025.
