Description

The FIT Food Waste Monitoring Tech solution for commercial kitchens was created to track and reduce food waste and the associated costs, providing users with insights into the reasons behind food waste, the types of food wasted, the points and locations where waste occurs, and the quantity of waste generated in grammes per person. The results are reported in weekly performance reports, available in nine languages, supporting kitchens in improving their operations.
