The National Strategy for Sustainable Development of the Republic of Belarus to 2040 (NSUR-2040) is a long-term policy framework that outlines Belarus's sustainable development priorities across economic, social, and environmental dimensions. It includes a major pillar on digital transformation and explicitly targets building “Digital Agriculture” progressing toward “Smart Agriculture”, supported by an integrated real-time digital platform for managing the agro-industrial complex (AIC).
