Technology
Online mahalla is based on a web and mobile platform, integrating cloud storage, secure authentication, data analytics, and interoperability with over 30 government information systems. The technology supports electronic document management, real-time monitoring, and user-friendly interfaces for both officials and citizens.
Target
Online mahalla serves public sector agencies, rural communities, smallholder and larger farms, and private sector actors engaged in local development, employment, and entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan.
Business model
Online mahalla is provided free of charge to users and government agencies, funded by the state budget and public procurement contracts.
