Tarımcan Akademi is an online agricultural training platform designed to provide structured educational content for farmers and agricultural professionals. The initiative offers digital courses, video lessons and expert guidance on crop production, plant protection, fertilization, animal husbandry, and farm management. Additionally, the platform supports knowledge transfer and professional development by producing radio programmes, and organising the Farmer Summit annually.

Users register online and access digital educational content through a personalized dashboard. Upon completion, the participants can receive certificates, which they can use to receive extra points for grant programmes offered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, as well as access Ziraat Bank's five million Loan for Women and Youth grant.

The platform targets smallholder and medium-scale farmers, agricultural technicians and farm advisors seeking practical training on crop management and agricultural technologies. Similarly, the platform is highly beneficial for the women and youth, allowing them to receive grant advantage upon completion of courses and receiving certificates.
