Online application form for obtaining a fishing license for recreational fishing

Description

Fishing license is an online application form for obtaining a fishing license for recreational fishing in the waters of the Kyrgyz Republic. It covers 7 regions of Kyrgyzstan, verious rivers and lakes, and fish species. Fishermen can obtain one of the four types of ticket: 1) ticket for marinka, crucian carp, perch, rudd, roach, ide, bream, tench, chebak, chebachek, dace, barbel, crayfish; 2) ticket for carp, barbel, catfish, asp, grass carp, silver carp, roach, pike, snakehead, pike pench; 3) river trout; 4) river osman. Tickets are valid for 3 days.

Rb.agro is an application form available online through a browser. Once all necessary data is inserted by the applicant, he is redirected to a payment page. Upon completing the payment, the applicant can ownloads it as a pdf file in the MegaPay app.

Business model

  • Fully free

Onetime payment is made possible through external payment platform Mega Pay. The price for a ticket varies depending on the type of ticket and fish species. Once all data is entered, users pay through QR code.

Impact

The platform can reduce corruption risks and save fishermen time by enabling them to obtain tickets online and this avoiding visits to special offices.
