ROBOTTI (Agrointelli)

Autonomous field robot and implement carrier

Description

ROBOTTI is an autonomous tool carrier for row and bed crops in arable and horticultural production. The carrier performs operations such as seeding, weeding and spraying with autonomous end‑to‑end field coverage, while documenting soil, plant and operational data in the cloud. A web interface enables planning, live supervision and job completion notifications via SMS. Some of the crops that ROBOTTI can handle include basil, broccoli, carrots, sunflower, cereals, leak, maize, corn, among others.

Technology

  • SMS
  • Sensor
  • Robotics

ROBOTTI uses RTK-GNSS (GPS) positioning to perform 1-2 cm accuracy in the field. With Kubota diesel engines, the carrier’s horsepower is strong with engine maintenance that are easy to access and widely available.

Target

  • Medium size farms
  • Large size farms

Primary users are medium and large arable and horticultural farms.

Business model

  • One time purchase

The price of the carrier is not available online but users can contact the company for a demo and quotation.

Impact

ROBOTTI as a cost-effective machine aims to integrate robotics into present-day farm practices by reducing manual labor without sacrificing farm efficiency.

Four Betters

  • Better environment
  • Better production

Sustainable Development Goals

  • SDG 2: Zero hunger
  • SDG 9: Industry, innovation, and infrastructure
