AlpStroy

Automatic and guided parallel driving systems for precision farming

Description

AlpStroy’sguided and automatic parallel driving systems encompassparallel guiding systems for manual driving and systems for automatic driving are designed to optimize a wide range of fieldwork activities, including sowing, planting, spraying, fertilizer spreading, and strip cultivation. They deliver highly precise positioning of the machinery with accuracy ranging from less than a meter to a few centimeters, depending on the task's requirements. By leveraging these systems, farms can minimize operational redundancies such as overlapping passes and gaps between coverage, leading to optimized input usage and improved field productivity.

Technology

  • GPS

The operator configures the system by defining the field boundaries, desired working width, and parallel driving paths. The system achieves sub-meter positioning accuracy through Satellite-Based Augmentation Systems (SBAS). It features a modern GNSS receiver capable of tracking 336 channels and supporting multiple satellite systems, including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou. The guidance controller continuously compares the vehicle’s actual position with the pre-defined parallel paths and calculates the necessary steering adjustments to keep the vehicle on track. The system supports advanced correction options, such as Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) and Real-Time Extended (RTX), which provide centimeter-level positioning accuracy in real time. For automatic systems, the guidance controller sends commands to the steering actuators to make real-time adjustments, ensuring the vehicle remains aligned with the parallel driving paths. In manual systems, the operator receives visual guidance to assist in maintaining alignment.

Target

  • Medium size farms
  • Large size farms
  • Agriculture cooperatives

The primary users of automatic and guided parallel driving systems are large-scale and medium-sized farms, as well as agricultural cooperatives that manage extensive fields and require high precision in operations such as planting, fertilizing, spraying, and other field activities.

Business model

  • One time purchase

The parallel driving systems are for sale. AlpStroy is an authorized dealer of digital agriculture solutions from different manufacturers.
