Business model
Public-sector digital infrastructure model: Techservice is maintained as part of the state programme’s IT workstream (support + database updates), not positioned as a commercial fee-based product. Supplier-side participation is encouraged by allowing free data uploads (availability and cost) from any producers/sellers.
