TTZ

Hardware, navigation systems, sensors, and farm management software

Description

TTZ offers technologies for precision agriculture, combining GPS navigation hardware, farm management software, and field monitoring tools. The solutions include automatic tractor guidance (autopilot) systems and parallel driving GPS navigation, which help agricultural machinery operate more accurately and reduce overlaps during field operations such as seeding, fertilization, and spraying. TTZ also provides an information-analytical platform for farm management, enabling farmers to collect and analyze production data and manage field activities, as well as agro-meteorological stations that monitor weather conditions directly in the field to support agronomic decision-making.

Technology

  • GPS
  • Desktop/web-based application
  • Mobile app
  • Big data
  • GIS
  • Remote sensing

Among hardware technologies are: 1) Autosteering systems for agricultural machinery: TTZ Pro, TTZ Hydro, TTZ Hydro Pro, TTZ Start, TTZ Guide, TTZ CAN — GPS-based tractor and combine autopilot systems that automate steering with accuracy up to about 2.5 cm, reducing overlaps in field operations such as seeding and spraying. 2) On-board navigation and control units: displays, GNSS receivers, steering controllers, and CAN-bus interfaces used to retrofit tractors and other equipment with precision guidance capabilities. 3) Agro-meteorological hardware: TTZ Meteo stations and associated field sensors that measure parameters such as temperature, humidity, precipitation, and wind directly in the field. Among software components are: 1) IAS TTZ (information-analytical system): a farm management and analytics platform that collects operational and geospatial data from fields and machinery. 2) “My Field” (Моё поле): field mapping and farm management software for planning and monitoring agricultural operations. 3) “Digital Agronomist” and “Digital Engineer”: decision-support tools designed for agronomic planning and technical management of farm machinery and operations. 4) AB-line software modules: software for generating and managing machine guidance lines used in precision field operations.
