Drones by DRONE OPS can take on various agricultural roles, including soil analyses, 3D mapping, plot monitoring, crop health assessment and hydrological state analyses. They can support the early detection and control of plant disease, as well as precision seeding.

The drones produced by DRONE OPS are made from premium materials, and are designed for field and soil monitoring. The drones are typically equipped with imagery, multispectral sensing, and GIS-enabled mapping equipment.

DRONE OPS obtained financial support under a project carried by Fund for Innovation and Technological Development. The project, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, has provided financial support equal to MKD 1.431 million (equivalent to USD 24 400) to the company in 2021.  The commercial cost of the drones is undisclosed.

Impact

Drones boost field monitoring efficiency, facilitating disease detection and providing insights into agri-environmental indicators, and leading to improved yields in terms of both quality and quantity, while also minimizing costs.
