e-Albania is a government registration platform with three main functions, namely application for registration, request for modification of documents, and application to obtain rights. Specifically, users can apply for registration of veterinary medicinal products, export of products of animal origin to the EU member states, fertilizer products, recreational fishing authorization, and plant protection products. Users can also obtain the right to exercise fishing and aquaculture activity in inland waters and request modification of registered documents that involve plat protection products.

e-Albania is available through a browser which connects the services involving agricultural products registration to other government online service-providing platforms. Users can browse the website and examine the general information about the registration process, the required documentation, and necessary steps to complete the registration process. Information such as the time required to receive the service, costs, validity period, and contact information for further questions are available on the website. Users can obtain electronically stamped documents that are generated in real-time.
