Description
Sanarip Aimak is a platform that facilitates communication between local self-government bodies and public administration through inter-departmental electronic interaction. The primary goal of the system is to enhance the efficiency of local self-government and automate the work of specialists providing public services. It collects, processes, and provides essential information for decision-making in local governance and public administration. The system's key objectives are to automate local government activities, promote effective communication with individuals and legal entities, combat corruption, ensure transparency, manage population and household registration, streamline data collection for elections and referendums, create a centralized database, and support social protection programs for local communities.
Technology
Sanarip Aimak is a platform currently not openly available to the public and is accessible only by the State Agency for Civil Service and Local Self-Government Affairs. As of now, 852 households have been registered in the household book of Sanarip Aimak by the village administration (aiyl okmotu). The platform has access to the databases of the State Registration Service, the State Agency for Land Resources, and the State Inspectorate for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Safety. In the future, access to databases of other government agencies will be added.
Target
The primary users of the Sanarip Aimak system are local self-government bodies and public administration officials, specifically the State Agency for Civil Service and Local Self-Government Affairs. These users access the platform to manage household registrations, communicate with other government bodies, and process public service data. Additionally, village administrations (aiyl okmotu) use the system for tasks like registering households.
Business model
The use of the Sanarip Aimak platform is funded by the government; however, some services may require payment. As of 2024, the European Union has also begun supporting the system's nationwide deployment.
Impact
It is expected that Sanarip Aimak will improve population and household record-keeping within local government territories and simplify the collection of information for voter lists and participants during elections and referendums. Additionally, the system will aid in developing social protection programs for local communities.
